We have been enjoying this iced Matcha drink everyday this summer made with the wonderful matcha tea from ruaTEA on Etsy...
1 1/2 tsp matcha powder (dissolved in 2 oz of water no hotter than 170)
1 cup 1 % milk
honey to taste
1 large cup of ice
blend all together and add more milk or cold water to desired consistancy.
Enjoy!
